We use Special delivery for all goods that exceed £50.00 in value. Worldwide: We use Royal Mail Airmail for goods to a value of £30.00 we always obtain proof of posting. We use Royal Mail International Signed for goods that exceed £30.00 Insurance is included in all postage rates. Non Delivery: We investigate and report all claims for non delivery to Royal Mail. We ask our customers to report damage within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to immediately contact the Post Office and Investigate. Claims for Postal damage submitted after that period are more difficult to trace and we take reserve against compensating if not immediately notified. Please note we will supply replacement products not refunds for claims that are upheld. If an identical replacement product is not available we will offer an alternative or your money back. All furs imported from the USA are in compliance with the United States Fish & Wildlife Services ( USFWS) Export Regulations and supplied by Fur Traders licensed to Import or Export from the USA. All Furs imported from the European Union and Europe are imported under the prevailing regulations and requirements at time of import. We do not import fur or fur products from China. All our suppliers are audited and strictly comply with ethical and humane farming regulations. We do not buy from Trappers or unregistered traders. Returns PolicyNeed to return something? Not a problem. Send back the item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. Foxy-Tails will accept returns on all products. Foxy-Tails must receive the merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must be returned with their original packaging with the Foxy-Tails merchandise tag still intact. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We advise you to use a tracked postage service i.e. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in post on return. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card or PayPal originally used to place the order.
