Shipping & Delivery

 

 

If something is unexpectedly out of stock, or we cannot despatch your order
within these timeframes, you will be contacted and told of the expected delay.

 

Special Orders: If you are placing a non-standard, bulk or trade order we will notify you of the expected despatch date by email within 12 hours of receipt of your order.

UK Shipping: Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class post. The Royal Mail 'Signed For 'service will be used for orders that exceed £30.00 in value unless the Royal Mail Special Delivery option has been selected.

Worldwide Shipping: Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail and we always obtain proof of posting. Royal Mail International Signed For will be used for orders that exceed £30.00 in value.

Custom Duties: Custom duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and Foxy-Tails cannot be held responsible for any deliveries which are delayed or quarantined.

Non Delivery: If your parcel has not arrived in a timely manner, and you do not have a delivery card from your postman, please check with your Royal Mail Sorting Office to see if a delivery attempt has been made.

Foxy-Tails will investigate and report claims for non-delivery to Royal Mail. We ask our customers to report parcel damage or missing items to us within 24 hours of delivery as this allows us to immediately contact Royal Mail and investigate. Claims for damaged parcels submitted after that period are more difficult to trace and we reserve the right not to compensate if we have not been immediately notified.

Foxy-Tails will supply replacement goods, not refunds, for claims that are upheld. If an identical replacement is not available we will offer you an alternative or your money back.

Please note that Foxy-Tails is not responsible for delivery delays due to Royal Mail experiencing longer delivery times due to: seasonal holiday's (for example Christmas); severe weather conditions; strikes; or any circumstances outside of Foxy-Tails control.
