Arctic Blue is a natural greyish white tail with fine dark guard hairs. Dye on these tails produces slightly more muted shades than dyes on the Arctic Marble or White Shadow Foxes. This is the fur which is dyed and supplied by most commercial packers.

Salmon, Trout or Sea Trout and steelhead flies. Tube flies dressed either traditional, Frodin, Shumakov, or Templedog styles with maximum wing length of 50mm. Any medium large hairwing single, double and treble or the smaller hooks / tubes that require a longer wing. Ideal for low water doubles and trebles, produces plenty of movement once wet.
